Jingle Jam began in 2011 when Lewis and Simon of The Yogscast asked fans to donate to Oxfam via a Just Giving page instead of sending them Christmas presents. As the largest YouTube gaming channel at the time, the response was huge. This was just the beginning.

CEO and founder of Fourth Floor, a social and influencer marketing services group, Rich is a games industry veteran having worked on media brands like EDGE, PC Gamer, Official PlayStation and Official Xbox and a stint as a Trustee at GamesAid in the 90s and 00s.

Starting in games mags (Computer and Video Games) Jo went on to lead marketing for Developers and Publishers, including Maxis, Frontier and Curve. She has also worked in new tech (Philips Electronics technology incubator and digital music start-up) and several years at media agency group Omnicom before returning to games. She is currently a board member of UKIE.

As the co-founder of both The Yogscast and Jingle Jam, Lewis has been entertaining, amusing and occasionally educating fans across YouTube and Twitch since 2008.
